I found this post over on TRX450.org I am re-posting it here because it’s valuable information that I don’t want to lose.
There is a specific order that you have to follow to do it right,
- Caster 6 degrees (make sure the frame is level or it won’t come out right)
- Camber 1-1.5 degrees
- Toe in 1/8″
- Ride height will vary depending on your tires, but you want the front to be 1/4″-1/2″ higher than the back with the rider in full gear sitting neutral on the quad.
This setup will work good on any TRX450 w/arms
One more note: The tie rod end mounts over the top of the steering stem and the bottom of the spindle.
